Resale of our products
Reselling and buying are risks!
Let's absolutely stop!
Solterras Corporation (hereinafter collectively referred to as "our company") prohibits the resale of our products in new condition, as well as the listing and sale of our products on auction sites, etc.
In addition, we strictly refuse any purchase applications for the purpose of reselling our products or listing them on auction sites, whether made directly or through a third party.
We are not responsible for any problems related to the resale of our products or the listing or sale of our products on auction sites, etc.
With the exception of products sold through our official channels, it is impossible to monitor the expiration date or control the quality of our products sold on commercial or individual websites. Therefore, we will refuse to provide any after-sales service, regardless of their authenticity.
If you resell our products or illegally reproduce images or product descriptions, you may be subject to penalties such as deletion of your listing or suspension of your account by the flea market or auction operator's legal department or lawyers, based on the operator's rights protection program.
In such cases, we will not respond to any inquiries or complaints.
In addition, please note that we may consider taking legal action, including criminal and civil action, against any resale activity that may affect our business operations.
[List of resale risks]
<Reseller>
■ Liability for damages (1) If a problem occurs due to improper storage methods, etc., the seller will be held liable under the Product Liability Act.
(2) Hoarding or reselling activities that have a negative impact on our business.
■ Violation of the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Act: Continuous sales of cosmetics or medicines without a license or posting of inappropriate descriptions. In addition, the law requires a license for "cosmetics manufacturing" to package and display cosmetics. Being without a license is a violation of the law.
■ Violation of the Secondhand Goods Trade Law: Repeated and continuous resale for profit. For example, continuously listing a large number of new cosmetics, or other actions that cannot be considered the disposal of personal household goods, are considered to be included in this category.
■ Fraud Purchasing goods with the intention of reselling them (this is considered fraud even if the regular price has already been paid). This includes buying a large amount of goods on sale and reselling them as new.
■Tax evasion pointed out by the National Tax Agency. Sales from repeated and continuous resales on flea market sites are subject to reporting and payment of taxes.
■Penalties from listing site operators Your account may be deleted or legal action may be taken by the operator of the listing site or app.
<Purchaser>
■Possibility of counterfeit productsIn recent years, there has been an increase in fraud cases in which other companies replace the contents of cosmetic bottles with cheaper, inferior products and resell them as "genuine" or "new".Even if the packaging or container is genuine, there is a risk that the contents have been replaced.
There are also inferior imitations that have a similar scent and texture, making it difficult to distinguish the real thing.
■Quality issues: Quality control is not possible by the manufacturer, so expiration dates and temperature and humidity cannot be managed, and there is a risk of deterioration and spoilage.
■Purchase price: Due to false list prices, the price may be higher than the official selling price.
■We cannot provide any after-sales service for non-genuine products, not only from our company but also from other companies, because we cannot receive support from the manufacturer. Please make sure to purchase only genuine products.
