  • Can it be used on children and babies?
    We have not tested this product on children or babies, so we cannot guarantee that it can be used on them. The formula is made with ingredients that are safe and gentle for adults. Since each child's skin is different, please use a small amount first and observe the condition. If any problems occur, discontinue use immediately. If you have any concerns or uncertainties, please consult your doctor.
  • What is the expiration date of the product?
    Once opened, use the product as soon as possible, preferably within six months. The quality of the product may deteriorate over time after opening, so if you feel that the condition or smell of the contents is different from when you purchased it, please refrain from using it. If unopened, it is designed to maintain its quality for more than three years from the date of manufacture if stored at room temperature. Store away from high temperatures, high humidity, direct sunlight, and places with extreme temperature changes. It does not mean that it will immediately become unusable after three years, so it can still be used as long as the condition and smell of the contents are the same as when it was purchased.
  • Can I use your products if I'm pregnant?
    During pregnancy, your skin may become sensitive and unexpected skin problems may occur. Also, some products contain essential oils, so we recommend that you consult with your doctor before using them.
  • I have pets. Is it okay for me to use your products on them?
    It does not contain any ingredients or fragrances that are harmful to pets or small children, so it is safe to use. However, the essential oils used in some products may affect the health of pets. Also, some products that use herbal extracts may affect insects such as rhinoceros beetles. Please refrain from using this product near pets or children, or within their reach, to prevent them from licking or swallowing it. If you have any concerns, please consult a veterinarian or doctor.

  • Can I bring it into the sauna?
    Please refrain from bringing such items into the sauna as the temperature in the sauna may damage the container or alter the contents. We are not responsible for any damage caused by high temperatures.

    "00t Total Lotion" is a semi-two-layer milk lotion. In order to pursue low irritation, we keep the amount of surfactants used to a minimum. Therefore, the product may be loosely divided into a layer containing oil-soluble beauty ingredients and a layer containing water-soluble beauty ingredients. In addition, although "01t Total Milk Lotion" and "Medicated Milk Lotion" are milk lotions, they also have these properties. Immediately after purchase, if the product is left in a stationary state for a long period of time, it may appear to separate into two layers, but this does not affect the quality. Shake well before use.
  • 04m Hair & Scalp Mist makes your hair feel slippery.
    "04m Hair & Scalp Mist" contains three types of seaweed extracts to protect the cuticles, as well as amino acid ingredients to repair the cuticles. These ingredients may feel slimy immediately after spraying onto your hair or scalp.     Saunality categorizes products into two categories: "quasi-drugs" and "cosmetics." For products labeled as "medicinal" or "quasi-drug," these are products that have been approved by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare as having effective effects, and therefore the approved effects and efficacy are listed. Products that do not have the above labeling are classified as "cosmetics." In accordance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Act, we use limited labeling such as moisturizing or skin conditioning. There are many cosmetics on the market that claim to have certain effects despite being "cosmetics." In such cases, it is best to choose based on whether or not the product is a "quasi-drug." However, as is the case with pharmaceuticals, please keep in mind that "being effective" is merely a review criterion for drug approval by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and does not mean that a product will be "effective for everyone."
  • In what country are your products produced?
    All of our products are made in Japan, at our factory in Karatsu, Saga Prefecture. Regarding raw materials, we use raw material manufacturers in Japan, but the materials that are the precursor to the raw materials will not be disclosed.
  • I would like you to authenticate whether the item I bought on a flea market app is genuine or not.
    As for products purchased at flea markets, auction sites, and e-commerce sites, these are resale, counterfeit, or non-genuine products, and we cannot guarantee their efficacy, safety, or overall quality. Furthermore, we will not provide any after-sales service for these products at our service center. Therefore, we will not be able to provide authenticity appraisals.   • Is it okay for men to use it?
    Saunality can be enjoyed by everyone, regardless of nationality or gender. Please rest assured.
  • My skin became irritated after using the product.
    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please stop using the product immediately and consult a doctor if necessary. Then please contact the service center. If medical treatment by a doctor becomes necessary, we will ask you to submit a doctor's certificate proving that the product was the cause, and we will do our best to assist you.
  • Returns and Exchanges

    At present, we are not considering exporting our products overseas. This is because saunality is a small-lot craft production that focuses on high quality that is unique to Japan. Because production is limited, we prioritize domestic distribution.
